Robin Bryant, a Washington, D.C. native, emerges with confidence, composure and passion that will leave your head spinning.
Since childhood, Robin has been destined to reach all of her goals, especially in her career, the beauty industry. She knew early on that her desire was to make people look and feel beautiful. She started her journey in a vocational program in 1986, at Crossland High School. After graduating in 1989, she had her certification as a hairstylist. She then continued her education at Morgan State University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications, concentrating on Television/Radio.
Setting major hair trends on the campus of Morgan State University, she knew she had a flair for hair. After graduating from Morgan, her next career achievement began, traveling around the world portraying two roles for an entertainer Ms. Tanya Blount, as her hairstylist/tour manager. In her travels, she learned her savvy for video shoots and doing major award shows i.e. (“The Soul Train Awards”).
Since then she has moved to Atlanta Georgia, working in various upscale salons. She really concentrates her talents on makeovers. If reconstruction is what you are looking for, then Robin is whom you need. She specializes in hair extensions, short sassy cuts, that long luxurious look and oh, don’t forget that awful in between stage.
Some of her work has been featured in Jezebel Magazine, Ebony Magazine, Sophisticates Black Hair Magazine, Black Passion Magazine (volumes 17 & 18), and several newspaper articles. For years now she has had an ongoing beauty advertisement where the main model of Mizani products sports a Robin original.
Robin opened her own upscale salon (Salon Nibor), in downtown Atlanta that she proudly owned for over 10 years. She presently works at Salon Scenes where she has decided to display her talents, being the well-known professional that she is.
