As a second generation hair stylist, Shantell Mallard has admired and followed her aunt's career as a stylist in Nashville Tennessee. Since the age of fourteen, she has transformed her childhood passion into a thriving career. After attending Maplewood Vocational (Nashville) and Dillard University (New Orleans) where she became professionally trained, Mallard's gift as an artist is undoubtedly innate. Originally from Nashville, TN she set out to continue in the hair industry by moving to Atlanta,Georgia. She has more than 20 years of experience and is always looking to create the most innovative hair styling techniques. Shantell's passion for creating new techniques has made her an innovator in the art of hair extensions. With her daughter adding the third generation of hair stylist to the family tree, she has a great pleasure and passion in expanding and becoming an educator in the near future.
